Counselling & Psychotherapy

General Appointments: Patients are respectfully reminded that the full appointment fee may be charged if 24 hrs notice is not provided when cancelling or rescheduling general appointments.

CBT Appointments: Please provide at least 48hrs notice for rescheduling or cancelling. Missed or cancelled CBT appointments without prior notice will result in the therapeutic contract ending and require full payment.

Counselling & Psychotherapy Appointments: Sessions that are cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are chargeable in full.
